How long will preorders take to ship?

Preordered items will be shipped approximately one month after preorders close. Shipping times depend on the packages destination, but expect another 1-2 weeks after that.

What if I buy a non-preorder item with a preorder one?

All items in your order will be shipped together at the same time.

Shipping destinations?

I ship worldwide. Available destinations are dependent on An Post and their shipping restrictions.

How long will shipping take?

Items will be sent with An Post from Ireland, delivery times depend on your location. The further away you are the longer it will take. The listed shipping times are estimates and aren't garunteed.

Can I return something or get a refund?

All sales are final and I do not offer refunds. Once I post your package I am no longer responsible for anything that might happen to it en route.

Standard vs. Tracked shipping?

I recommend selecting tracked shipping at checkout if you want to keep track of your package during shipment, especially if it's travelling a long distance. I am no longer responsible for your package after I have posted it and cannot garuntee you a refund or replacement for any damages.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before they have been shipped, if there's a problem with your order or you just want to cancel it please contact me as soon as possible and I can refund you if it hasn't been sent out.
