Preorders

Some products are very low stock at the moment  so when they run out  I will order more. If you have a preorder item in your order expect a  longer wait  time.

Shipping

If you are not in the EU please be aware you may get hit with extra charges during shipping. The shipping charge here just covers the An Post shipping fee.

Standard vs. Tracked shipping?

All orders are sent in regular envelopes to keep shipping costs down. Select tracked shipping at checkout if your worried about your order reaching you and want to keep track of your package during shipment. I am no longer responsible for your package after I have posted it and cannot garuntee you a refund or replacement for any damages.

How long will preorders take to ship?

Preordered items will be shipped approximately one month after preorders close. Shipping times depend on the packages destination, but expect another 1-2 weeks in addition to that.

What if I buy a non-preorder item with a preorder one?

All items in your order will be shipped together at the same time.

Shipping destinations?

I ship worldwide. Available destinations are dependent on An Post and their shipping restrictions.

How long will shipping take?

Items will be sent with An Post from Ireland, delivery times depend on your location. EU customers can expect their package within a week. Those outside of EU expect 1-3 weeks.

Can I return something or get a refund?

All sales are final and I do not offer refunds. Once I post your package I am no longer responsible for anything that might happen to it en route.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before they have been shipped, if there's a problem with your order or you just want to cancel it please contact me as soon as possible and I can refund you if it hasn't been sent out.
